This large global investment management group has a significant London office and operates across a highly diverse range of asset classes. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced funds lawyer to join the well regarded legal team.
Your challenging and varied role will cover a broad range of funds, including both alternatives and regulated funds, across a number of jurisdictions. You will liaise closely with the business to structure new fund products, register and market mutual funds as well as drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.
With at least 3 years pqe, the ideal candidate will have a varied funds background gained either within a reputable law firm or in-house. Some prior exposure to regulated finds would be preferred and european language skills would aid your application although this is not an essential pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active commercially minded lawyer to gain diverse experience within a market leading institution.
